Paul leads on dream and invent, with a human centred design ethos. Intuitively innovative and curious, he finds paths and opportunities others often cannot. His participative leadership style focusses on outcome, guiding teams safely through new and unknown territory from discovery into definition as Idea Maps are developed.
A Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce. Previously a Charted Architect for more than twenty years and an elected national councillor of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He instigated and authored the Strategic Definition (0) and In Use (7) stages of the RIBA Plan of Work and led the Client Adviser initiative. Paul now works with organisations across all sectors developing human centred design briefs, facilitating and mentoring teams to achieve greater success.
